4.1 Product Descriptions and Specifications
TAIFA endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, weight capacities, and technical data across our website and product catalog. However, we do not warrant that all product information is completely free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at all times.
Product specifications — including but not limited to load capacity, dimensions, materials, finishes, and component details — are provided as general guidance. For critical procurement, engineering, or compliance decisions, clients are advised to:
- Request official product documentation directly from our sales team
- Submit a formal product inquiry specifying exact requirements
- Request physical product samples prior to bulk order placement
4.2 Product Availability
The presence of any product on TAIFA’s website does not constitute a guarantee of immediate availability. Product availability, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are subject to current production schedules, raw material supply, and order volume. Our sales team will confirm availability and production timelines upon receipt of your formal inquiry.
4.3 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website, if any, are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in writing through official TAIFA quotations and is subject to:
- Order quantity and MOQ requirements
- Selected materials, finishes, and customization specifications
- Applicable shipping, insurance, and import/export costs
- Currency exchange rates and applicable taxes or duties
- Payment terms agreed upon between the parties
No price shall be considered binding until confirmed in a signed Purchase Order or formal Sales Contract issued by TAIFA.
5. OEM/ODM Manufacturing Terms of Service
TAIFA is a full-service OEM/ODM industrial equipment manufacturer. The following terms apply specifically to custom manufacturing engagements:
5.1 Project Initiation
All OEM/ODM manufacturing projects begin with a formal inquiry submission, followed by a technical review and quotation process. TAIFA’s OEM/ODM process includes the following standard stages:
- Requirements Review — Client submits product specifications, drawings, and branding requirements
- Technical Assessment — TAIFA’s engineering team evaluates feasibility, materials, and production requirements
- Quotation and Agreement — A formal quotation and manufacturing agreement are issued and signed by both parties
- Sample Development — Pre-production samples are developed and submitted for client approval
- Sample Approval — Client reviews, approves, or requests revisions to samples
- Bulk Production — Full-scale manufacturing commences upon written approval
- Quality Inspection — Products undergo multi-stage quality testing per ISO 9001 standards
- Shipment and Delivery — Products are packed and shipped according to agreed logistics terms
5.2 Intellectual Property for OEM/ODM Projects
- Client-Owned Designs: Where you provide original designs, artwork, logos, or specifications for OEM manufacturing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all such intellectual property. TAIFA will not be held liable for any third-party intellectual property infringement claims arising from manufacturing products to client-provided designs.
- TAIFA-Developed Designs: All product designs, engineering drawings, technical innovations, and manufacturing processes developed or owned by TAIFA remain the exclusive intellectual property of TAIFA Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality: TAIFA treats all client-submitted designs and project specifications as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your explicit written consent.
5.3 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
OEM/ODM orders are subject to minimum order quantities that vary by product category, material, and customization complexity. MOQs will be clearly specified in your official TAIFA quotation.
5.4 Lead Times
Manufacturing lead times commence from the date of deposit payment receipt and written sample approval. Lead times vary based on order volume, product complexity, and current production schedules. TAIFA will provide estimated lead times in your sales contract and will communicate any material changes promptly.
6. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
6.1 Order Placement
All orders must be formalized through a signed Purchase Order or Sales Contract accepted by TAIFA in writing. Verbal agreements, informal emails, or website inquiries alone do not constitute binding purchase commitments until a formal order agreement is executed by both parties.
6.2 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms for TAIFA manufacturing orders are as follows:
- Deposit: Typically 30% of total order value is required upon order confirmation to initiate production
- Balance Payment: Remaining 70% is typically due upon completion of pre-shipment inspection and before goods are released for shipping
- Payment Methods: International wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other agreed methods as specified in your contract
Payment terms may vary based on order size, client history, and specific contractual arrangements. All payments must be made in the agreed currency as specified in the Sales Contract.
TAIFA reserves the right to suspend or cancel production in the event of non-payment or delayed payment without prejudice to any other remedies available under applicable law.
6.3 Taxes and Duties
All prices quoted by TAIFA are exclusive of any applicable export taxes, import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges levied by governmental authorities in China or your country of importation. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.4 Shipping and Delivery
- TAIFA ships to clients in 100+ countries worldwide via established international freight and logistics networks
- Shipping terms (Incoterms) — such as FOB, CIF, EXW, or DDP — will be agreed upon and specified in the Sales Contract
- TAIFA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers from TAIFA to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms
7. Quality Assurance Under These Terms of Service
TAIFA is committed to delivering products that meet and exceed international quality standards. Our quality assurance framework includes:
- Multi-stage production inspection aligned with ISO 9001 certified quality management systems
- Pre-shipment inspection conducted before goods are released for delivery
- Third-party inspection arrangements available upon client request and at the client’s cost
- All products leaving our facility undergo compliance checks against agreed product specifications
Clients are encouraged to communicate specific quality requirements, testing standards, or compliance certifications needed for their target markets at the inquiry stage to ensure these are incorporated into the manufacturing agreement.
8. Returns, Claims, and Disputes
8.1 Inspection Upon Receipt
Clients are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortfall in quantity, or non-conformance with agreed specifications must be reported to TAIFA in writing within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
8.2 Quality Claims
For claims related to product quality or specification non-conformance:
- Claims submitted beyond the 14-day inspection window may not be accepted
- TAIFA will review all submitted claims in good faith and respond within a reasonable time
- Where a valid claim is confirmed, TAIFA’s liability is limited to, at TAIFA’s sole discretion: replacement of defective units, issuance of credit toward future orders, or a partial refund proportionate to the confirmed defect — as mutually agreed
- TAIFA’s liability does not extend to consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product defects or delivery delays
8.3 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between TAIFA and a client that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised in writing, the parties agree to:
- First seek resolution through mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- If mediation fails, submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), or as otherwise specified in the applicable Sales Contract
- The governing law for all disputes shall be the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless a bilateral agreement specifies an alternate jurisdiction
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement, or that is required to be disclosed by law or regulatory authority.
For OEM/ODM clients requiring a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive project details, TAIFA is pleased to execute an NDA upon request. Please contact our team at [email protected] to initiate this process.
